Bayferrox® 920/3 G: Sand color in the form of granules

The rising demand of our clients for a ‘sand color’ has led to the development of a new granule type, the Bayferrox® 920/3 G.

Because of the light-red color hue, a beautiful sand color appears which distinguishes this type from the contemporary standard yellow color pigments.

Under the present circumstances in the area of pigment forms and dosing techniques, it is possible to produce a wide range of coloured asphalt under favourable working conditions.
The application of colour pigments in asphalt are numerous and contribute to a more attractive and safer environment.

Plasticisers
For the production of prefab components and ready-mixed concrete, we offer you a wide range of suitable high-grade plasticisers.

Impregnating compounds offer the right protection against, for example, oil, impurities and stains.  After treatment, the impurities are easier to remove. Moreover, this minimises the lime scale formation and improves the weather resistance, colour and durability of the concrete product.

Descaling oils provide a clean descaling of the concrete and structure. Rhein-Chemotechnik offers a range of universal and specially produced descaling oils.

Concrete softening agent and dosing possibilities
The fully automatic dosing systems from Rhein-Chemotechnik ensure that the accurate plasticiser dosage is dispensed into the concrete. We deliver both gravimetric and volume metric dosing systems. From simple dosing pumps with time regulation to volume metric systems with integrated control systems for fine dosing. Rhein-Chemtechnik offers a suitable solution for each situation and requirement. PE industrial tanks for secure and safe plasticiser storage are also available.
