Concrete in Grapa black
The Grapa line is the revolution in the field of concrete colouring. The Grapa line consists of Grapa carb 30, which is suitable for sub-concrete, Grapa carb 100 and Grapa carb 2000. Grapa carb 100 is the standard for a wide application. Grapa carb 2000 is a high colouring strength premium granule.
The Grapa Nero 8020 is an alternative for colouring concrete with iron oxides or carbon. This is a mixture of iron oxide and carbon. The advantages of both pigment groups are therefore combined.
Water soluble bags
You’ve been adding our pigment by hand for years now? You undoubtedly find it annoying that the powder scatters and that you have to brush it away. Is there another way to do this? There certainly is!

It is no problem whatsoever for us to supply the pigment to you in any desired packaging. Be it paper, plastic or our speciality ‘water soluble bags’, in quantities of any desired weight.
The advantage of pigment in water-soluble bags is that you can put the entire bag into the mixer. The water-soluble bags are only suitable for concrete mixes with a water-cement factor of 0,45. If, for example, you need a dosage for 3.06 kg, it is no longer necessary for you to open another bag or weigh additional quantities. It couldn’t be any simpler!

The bags are sealed so that they dissolve easily in the mixer. Ask your contact person about the possibilities that best suit your application!
Mobile dispensing unit for liquid pigments – colour projects can be easily executed

There is an increasing demand for coloured concrete. Obviously, this is possible, however dispensing colour pigment into concrete mortar at the plant does not always work out so well.

For adding liquid pigments to concrete mortar, we offer you two possibilities:
1. The hose displacement pump with accessories
A dispensing unit consisting of a simple hose displacement pump. The entire pump is mounted on a portable trolley, which means that it can be positioned close to the truck mixer. This enables you to dispense the liquid pigments in a reliable, accurate and extremely easy manner.

2. Dispensing service
No one is available to dispense the liquid pigments but the process requires 100% attention? Little or no expertise in dispensing liquid pigments and still be guaranteed that the location stays clean?
Then leave the liquid pigment dispensing to us!
