The architect for Cite:
Tangram Architects in Amsterdam and was built by Bouwcombinatie Cité (Ballast Nedam Dura Vermeer Construction and commissioned by Crystal live;

This project used elements which are deposited by a matrix structure. For Cite this was a form of crumpled paper.
